Bên tôi mua rất nhiều nguyên vật liệu phục vụ cho sản xuất. Tuy nhiên trong quá trình lưu kho chưa được tốt nên có nhiều nguyên vật liệu không đủ tiêu chuẩn, nhưng khi chỉ lên chuyền sản xuất mới phát hiện ra nên buộc phải loại bỏ. Vậy có cách nào để tôi có thể kiểm soát được số lượng nguyên vật liệu bị loại này không?

Chúng tôi là doanh nghiệp nhập linh phụ kiện để sản xuất , lắp ráp và xuất bán thành phẩm. Tôi muốn quản lý định mức nguyên vật liệu thì hệ thống có đáp ứng được không? Ví dụ: Chúng tôi có sản phẩm Bản mạch điện tử bao gồm: - Điện trở: 5 pcs - Tụ̣ điện: 2 pcs - Dây dẫn: 1 pcs

Mình đang nhập máy móc thiết bị,
Muốn nhập máy móc thiết bị vào trong mục workcenter
Tuy nhiên Resource Type lại chỉ có 2 loại Human và Nguyên liệu.
Vậy làm sao để nhập thêm 1 máy

Khi thực hiện lệnh sản xuất, làm thế nào để tôi biết được rằng nguyên vật liệu có đủ để thực hiện sản xuất?

Mình gặp lỗi như thế này khi cài đặt mrp ạ, nhờ các bạn giúp đỡ.
