I want to create a different salary rule with different computation base on Overtime HOUR TOTAL for each Overtime Type group by type. How would I achieve it using python code?

For Example I have OTREG and OTSUN

I want to link an analytic account to an employee, so when i made a payslip for him and confirm it, it shows in the entry generated by it.

I installed the module "hr_payroll_analytic_account", and i linked an analytic account and a salary journal to the employee contract, i configured also an analytic journal to that journal. But still when i confirm the payslip and view the generated entry, it didn't show the analytic account i previously configured.

Could you please guide me?

I am working on a custom module for Odoo 9 that interacts HR contract (model hr.contract).
My situation is that I want raise onchange event on employee_id field but the onchange method was originally written in old API with the combination of a Python method and XML definition as below:

Dear all,

I reversed a transfer -scrapped product- from a sales order, but it didn't make any entries, and the product original quantity was increased by this quantity, which is scrap.

I need to know how to make them scrap and to add them to a scrap inventory where i can manage, and also i don'e want the product quantity to increase by this return, because its scrap not salable.

I have downloaded Hotel management module from https://apps.openerp.com/apps/modules/10.0/hotel/ ,now where should I unzip it or Copy these files so as to start using Hotel management module .

We are currently using Odoo 10 Enterprise edition . We need to reconcile paypal transactions with the sale order invoice and for that we need to get the paypal transaction from Paypal account (Not talking about paypal configuration which can be used in odoo e-commerce).We referred this link https://www.odoo.com/documentation/user/9.0/accounting/bank/feeds/paypal.html and it didn't helped us. We need to get the same thing happening in link . But not sure how to achieve it .

I noticed that at the end of the view for Leave Request (example) there is a "Messages and communication history" box.

Below the code:

I want to create a new custom module that whenever the button "Save" is clicked (the leave request is saved), it will add a message in 'oe_chatter' (chatterbox) saying that "New leave request has been created" (attached is the example message)

Kindly let me know if you have an idea. Thanks in advance! :)
