Please pay attention to the transaction details because the total amount may include taxes and fees. You are responsible for paying all these costs.

1.3. Payment term

Customers are responsible for paying ERPOnline no later than the actual Payment Date specified in ERPOnline Term of Service, Article 1, Clause 7(b) in the amount equal to the total amount payable for a Payment period.

2.1.  Online payment

Online payment via payment gateaways: Paypal, Ngan Luong

PayPal is the world's most popular and reliable online transaction payment gateway. All transactions and payments of customers with Viindoo are converted into USD at the current exchange rate of Vietcombank.

Ngan Luong is the leading e-wallet and online payment gateway in Vietnam. All transactions of customers are conducted online through Domestic ATM Card, International Card (Visa, Master, JCB, Amex), Internet Banking, QR-Pay...

2.2.  Bank payment

You can transfer from any bank to us at the following information:

• Transfer content: Enter the order number at the beginning of the payment content. For example, "SO0008 (other content if any)"
  

• Please keep receipts for inspection and comparison when necessary 

Other notes on transfer time:

• Internal transfers: 24/7
  

• External Bank-to-bank transfers: before 15h30 (Monday - Friday)   
  

• Any payments we receive after 17:00 will be processed on the next business day.
  

2.3.  Cash

Pay in cash directly at ERPOnline headquarters during office hours on Mondays to Fridays and Saturday mornings, except for national holidays.

For transactions valued at more than VND 20,000,000 (VND 20 million), customers should make bank transfer or payment via ERPOnline's online payment gateway to be valid for costs as prescribed by law.
