Account and contact data​

When you register on our website to use or download one of our products, or register for one of our services, or fill out one of the contact forms provided by us, you voluntarily provide give us certain information. When you subscribe to a Viindoo SaaS and create your own Viindoo database (for example by starting a Free Trial), any information or content you submit or upload into your database is your own, and you control it fully. 

This data will often include personal information (for example, your list of employees, your contacts and customers, your messages, pictures, videos, etc.) We only ever collect this information on your behalf, and you always retain ownership and full control of this data.

Customer Databases

We only collect and process data on your behalf, based on the instructions you explicitly gave when you signed up to perform the services you wish to use.

Article 4: Data storage and deletion

If you would like to permanently delete your account or personal information for legitimate purposes, please contact our Help Desk to request. You can also request to delete your entire database through the control panel at any time.

When you use the ERPOnline Database Upgrade service, your data is automatically deleted after the upgrade is successful and can also be deleted at your request.

Security

We understand how important and sensitive your personal data is, so we take a variety of measures to ensure that this information is securely processed, stored and preserved from data loss and unauthorized access. Our technical, administrative and organizational security measures are described in detail in our “Service Level Agreement”.

Application data

If we have not yet employed you, we may keep the information you provide for up to 2 years in order to get back to you with any new job offer, unless you ask us not to do so. so. Browser data

Customer database

We will retain this data only for as long as necessary to provide the services for which you have subscribed. For databases hosted on ERPOnline cloud, if you cancel the service, your database will be deactivated for 3 weeks (a grace period during which you can change your mind) and then will be cancelled. For databases uploaded to the ERPOnline Database Upgrade website, your database is kept for up to 4 months after the last successful upgrade and may be deleted sooner upon request.

Article 8: Policy update

We may update this Privacy Policy to accommodate our technical and business developments and to respond to changes in legal regulations. This Privacy Policy describes our data handling rules for the 12 months prior to the date it was last updated. When we update our Privacy Policy, we will take reasonable steps to notify you of material changes we make. For example, if we make any material changes, we will notify you by email (sent to the email address specified in your account) or by notice on this website before changes take effect.

  We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices.
