Working from home, proved by the timesheet
Time off taken as work-from-home requires timesheet hours - and payroll counts the day only when the hours are there.
Payroll - Work From Home Timesheet (technical name viin_hr_payroll_timesheet_wfh) is an Odoo 17.0 app for Odoo Community and Odoo Enterprise and Viindoo Cloud, built for remote employee, manager, payroll, hr.
At a Glance
The facts of Payroll - Work From Home Timesheet, version 0.1.2, in one place. Published by Viindoo.
How It Works
Three screens.
The leave types that expect hours
A place-of-work type behaves differently from ordinary leave, and says so.
The work entries they produce
The day arrives in payroll as time that was recorded, not assumed.
And the timesheets behind them
The hours the employee logged for that day, in the same timesheet data as everything else.
What You Get
A place-of-work time off that expects timesheet hours
Timesheet lines linked to the time off they justify
Recorded hours shown on the leave itself
Per-employee exemption when the policy does not apply
Payroll work entries computed from those hours
Standard time off, timesheets and payroll otherwise unchanged
More Screens
Everything below was taken on a database seeded with real business data, on this series - not a mock-up and not a screenshot from an older version.

What This App Does Not Do
Read this before you buy. Everything below is something the app deliberately leaves to another app or to you.
It requires hours to be recorded; how they are recorded is the timesheet's business.
The point is the link between them - alone it has nothing to connect.
A policy that varies by team is applied by setting the flag on those employees.
What a remote hour is worth stays a salary rule.
