It does not backfill history. Tracking starts when the app is installed; earlier changes were never recorded. It does not track every field. A deliberate list of the twenty that matter - tracking everything makes a chatter nobody reads. It is not an approval workflow. Changes are recorded, not held for review. Bulk imports produce bulk entries. That is honest, but expect noise after a mass update.

Để quản lý danh sách khách hàng, nhà cung cấp,... của công ty, bạn truy cập mô-đun Danh bạ, tìm hoặc tạo mới một liên hệ. Khi các thông tin của liên hệ này được thay đổi, hệ thống sẽ ghi nhận lịch sử người thực hiện thay đổi, thay đổi khi nào và thay đổi những gì ở khu vực trao đổi thông tin (chatter).
