Show EInvoice Information on POS Receipt
Print the mandated Decree-123 e-invoice disclosure - tax-authority code, secret/lookup code and lookup URL - on every POS receipt, for any Vietnamese e-invoice provider
Key Features
Built natively on Odoo/Viindoo to streamline real business operations:
Agnostic Decree-123 Receipt Disclosure
Automatically prints the buyer's e-invoice details and the mandated tax-authority code, secret/lookup code and lookup URL on every POS receipt, whichever e-invoice provider issued it.
Clear Buyer Details
Name, company, address, VAT number and e-invoice serial/number are printed clearly so customers can immediately verify their purchase invoice.
Non-Blocking, Reliable Checkout
The e-invoice lookup information is fetched in the background after payment, so the checkout screen never freezes waiting on the provider.
Works With Every Provider
Built as a shared, provider-agnostic layer - ready for Viettel S-Invoice, VNInvoice and MISA meInvoice out of the box, with no per-provider receipt to design.
Benefits
Decree 123/2020/ND-CP and Circular 78/2021/TT-BTC require that customers be able to verify their e-invoice - this module puts the required lookup identifiers directly on the printed receipt.
Buyers see clear e-invoice details on their receipt right away, building trust in every cash-register sale.
Because the disclosure logic is provider-agnostic, adding or switching e-invoice providers never means redesigning the receipt.
The retry cadence for a slow-issuing provider runs in the browser, not the server, so cashiers keep moving through the queue.

Changes log
We continuously improve this module. Recent updates from the official Viindoo repository:

- 2025-12-02 Fixed Corrected the module website and live demo URLs.
- 2025-10-20 Improved Updated module pricing.
- 2025-05-28 Added Store the tax-authority code and display S-Invoice information on the POS receipt.
- 2025-04-29 Improved Skip fetching e-invoice information when the invoice has not been issued yet.

Instruction
Instruction video: Show EInvoice Information on POS Receipt
This module adds the provider-agnostic e-invoice disclosure block to the printed POS receipt. Once a customer invoice is issued through any of the e-invoice providers - Viettel S-Invoice, VNInvoice (VNIs) or MISA meInvoice - the same Einvoice Information block prints the buyer details and the Decree 123/2020/ND-CP mandatory lookup identifiers, without any extra setup.
1. Complete a POS order and request an e-invoice.
- Ring up the sale as usual on the register, then click Payment.
- Enable the Invoice option before validating, so the order is linked to a customer invoice.
- Select the payment method and click Validate.
2. View the e-invoice disclosure on the printed receipt.
- Once the order is paid, the Receipt screen shows an Einvoice Information block below the order lines - the buyer's name, company (when different from the buyer), address, VAT number and the e-invoice serial/number - together with a note confirming the e-invoice was generated from a cash register.
3. Check the mandated Decree-123 lookup identifiers.
- Below the buyer details, the receipt also prints the tax-authority code, the secret/lookup code and the invoice lookup URL - the identifiers Decree 123/2020/ND-CP requires so the customer can verify the e-invoice with the tax authority. These three rows appear the same way for every supported e-invoice provider, not only one.
4. Automatic retry while the e-invoice is still being issued.
- If the e-invoice has not finished issuing at the moment the order is paid, the app quietly retries fetching the disclosure information a few times right after payment, without freezing the checkout screen. Re-print the receipt afterward if the first print was too early to include the lookup identifiers.
5. No e-invoice requested - no disclosure block.
- When a POS order is not linked to an invoice, the receipt prints as usual with no Einvoice Information section.
