1. Create a project and tasks related to an event
To manage the progress of an event, you can create a project for that event and all the tasks, sub-tasks by pressing the Create project button on the event interface in the Events app.
After that, go ahead and create main tasks and sub-tasks for this event as well as assign each task to the corresponding person.
2. Log timesheet for an event
While working on the event, employees need to log timesheets on the tasks that they are in charge of.
3. View the total logged hours on the timesheet
You can see the total timesheet logged for an event on the smart button displayed at the top of that event.
Besides, on the event list view, you can easily see the logged timesheet hours of various events at a glance.
On the Events Analysis report, you can use the Timesheet hours as a measure for your report, which helps you effectively track activities related to an event.
