What does Viindoo AI not do?
Nothing answers without a vendor key. The lab provider keys are placeholders; every trace, brief and chat reply shown was recorded by hand to show the shape of the data. No vendor account is included. Bring your own keys; usage is billed by the vendor. The chat panel, editor commands and app connectors are separate modules. This is the platform. Embeddings need the pgvector extension on PostgreSQL. Sources stay in draft without it.

Which Odoo version and editions does it support?

1.0.7 - Latest on the 17.0 line
- A company can now also name the connection that reads images and the one that handles speech, beside the ones it already names for chat and embedding.
- Answers are delivered as the model writes them instead of being held back until the turn ends, so a reply builds up word by word in the chat panel and on website live chat.
- Streamed answers no longer carry the internal markers the assistant uses to organise its own work.
- A streamed answer is billed the tokens it really used, so it counts against the daily spend caps like every other call. A stream that drops part-way still books what the vendor had already reported.
- An embedding run keeps what it paid for. Vectors survive the pass that produced them, and a vector too wide for the usual index is indexed another way instead of costing the run everything it had just bought and leaving nothing searchable.
- Upgrading from 1.0.6 or earlier. A connection a company had marked as the shared default is carried onto that company's own vendor pin, and the shared-default tick is cleared for you - nothing to do by hand.
- New rule to know about. A connection can no longer be owned by a company and be the shared default at the same time. To give one company its own vendor, leave Default unticked and pick the connection on the Viindoo AI settings screen while working in that company; to make it the fallback for every company, clear the Company field instead.
1.0.6 - A vendor per company
- The vendor you pick in Settings is stored on the company you picked it in. It survives save and reload, and one company's pick never becomes another company's default - before this, the field came back blank after saving.
