Viindoo AI - Voice Assistant
Talk to Odoo. Hold the microphone, say what you need, and hear the answer read
back - while both sides of the exchange are written into the assistant panel as
ordinary text you can scroll back through tomorrow.
What it does
The microphone appears inside the assistant panel you already use. There is no
second window and no new menu to learn: press it, speak, release, listen.

- A request in a language no configured voice serves is refused with a clear
message rather than answered by the wrong voice
- Nothing changes until you say so
- An instruction that changes data is repeated back aloud while the screen

- It happens only after you agree, by voice or by click, and exactly once
even if both answers arrive together
- An answer nobody understood is asked again once, then given up on
- Nobody's voice is kept
- The recording is transcribed and discarded - no attachment, no copy in any
technical log
- Personal details are masked before they reach an external vendor, whatever
the company's own setting says

Requires viin_ai_chat (which requires viin_ai_agent). Not
auto-installed - a customer who does not want a microphone never gets one, and
the assistant panel is exactly as it was.
This software and associated files (the "Software") may only be
used
(executed, modified, executed after modifications) if you have
purchased a
valid license from the authors, typically via Odoo Apps,
or if you
have
received a written agreement from the authors of the
Software (see the
COPYRIGHT file).
You may develop Odoo modules that use the Software as a library
(typically
by depending on it, importing it and using its
resources), but
without
copying any source code or material from the
Software. You may distribute
those modules under the license of your
choice, provided that this
license
is compatible with the terms of
the Odoo Proprietary License (For
example:
LGPL, MIT, or proprietary
licenses similar to this one).
It is forbidden to publish, distribute, sublicense, or sell

Software or modified copies of the Software.
