How It Works

Nhập kho sản phẩm
Trước tiên, bạn cần lựa chọn quy trình nhập kho phù hợp để áp dụng cho doanh nghiệp bạn. Sau đó, bạn tiến hành nhập kho sản phẩm.
Xem báo cáo tuổi tồn kho
Trong quá trình quản lý hàng tồn kho, bạn có nhu cầu xem báo cáo tuổi tồn kho sẽ truy cập vào Kho vận > Báo cáo > Báo cáo Tuổi tồn kho. Phần mềm ERP Viindoo cung cấp công cụ bộ lọc hỗ trợ bạn lọc, nhóm các thông tin trên báo cáo theo các tiêu chí khác nhau:
- Sản phẩm: bạn có thể chọn xem báo cáo theo một nhóm sản phẩm/sản phẩm cụ thể hoặc xem tất cả.
- Kho hàng và Địa điểm: bạn có thể chọn xem báo cáo ở một kho hàng/địa điểm cụ thể hoặc xem tất cả.
- Chu kỳ: bạn có thể lựa chọn độ dài của một chu kỳ (kéo dài bao nhiêu ngày mỗi chu kỳ), số kỳ và nhập ngày mà bạn muốn báo cáo hiển thị đến ngày đó.
Sau khi lựa chọn xong các tiêu chí trên, bạn sẽ thấy phần mềm hiển thị số lượng sản phẩm ở cột SL Thực tế và giá trị sản phẩm ở cột Định giá theo tiêu chí đã chọn, tương ứng với tuổi tồn kho của sản phẩm.
Ghi chú: Báo cáo tuổi tồn kho chỉ hiển thị các sản phẩm có kiểu sản phẩm là Tiêu dùng/Có thể lưu kho.
Phần mềm này và các tệp liên kết ("Phần mềm") được sử dụng (chạy, tuỳ biến, chạy sau khi được tuỳ biến) chỉ khi bạn mua được giấy phép có hiệu lực từ tác giả, điển hình như qua các Ứng dụng Odoo, hoặc trong trường hợp bạn nhận được thoả thuận bằng văn bản từ tác giả của Phần mềm (chi tiết tại tệp COPYRIGHT).
