How It Works

Viindoo AI
Fourteen vendors (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, DeepSeek, Qwen, Groq, Ollama, Azure OpenAI and more) sit behind one provider model with your own keys. Daily cost caps per user, per company and per run, a usage dashboard, traces and an API request log keep spending and data flows visible, and each provider declares where its data is processed.
Viindoo AI - Chat Assistant
Open the side panel from the top bar, press Ctrl+K for a quick ask, or use the Chat menu for a full screen with your past conversations. The assistant answers from your Odoo data under your own access rights, opens any screen or record you could reach by clicking, shows a confirmation card before it changes anything, and every answer carries thumbs up, thumbs down and flag buttons. With Voice Assistant installed, a microphone and language chip appear beside the message box.
Viindoo AI - Chat Brain Bridge
A "Save to Brain" action on an assistant answer turns the exchange into a page in the AI Conversations vault, marked as AI authored with the trace it came from and waiting for review. The page is restricted to the person who saved it, and the message keeps a link to the page. Nothing is saved unless you click.
Viindoo AI - Live Chat
A chatbot script step of type "AI Agent" answers website visitors from the website's own published pages and records, streaming the reply as it is written. A "Talk to a human" button is always available, and per-conversation, per-visitor and daily ceilings on turns and spend hand the visitor to a person when they are reached.
