I have installed HR module and Apply record rules on hr.employee model is [('user_id', '=', user.id)] and assign Manager for that employee after this module install Leave Management Module.
When employee apply leave from leave management module display Error

Your problem is the wrong model. Why did you apply that rule for hr.employee model while you want the rule affects leave request (hr.holidays model).
