Vietnam - Overtime Payroll with Accounting
Overtime Payroll & Vietnam Accounting Integration
Key Features
Built natively on Odoo/Viindoo to streamline real business operations:
Automatic Overtime Journal Entries
Each time a payslip is confirmed, the system automatically generates the corresponding overtime journal entries — no manual posting, no missed records.
Pre-Configured Vietnamese Accounts
Overtime salary rule UNTAXED_OT is mapped to account 334 - Payables to employees, fully compliant with both Circular 99 and Circular 133.
Smart Chart-of-Accounts Detection
The module automatically detects companies using a Vietnamese CoA and applies the configuration only where relevant — safe for multi-company and multinational deployments.
Plug-and-Play Installation
A post-install hook scans every Vietnamese company and synchronizes the accounts on all related salary rules — go-live ready within minutes of installation.
Auto-Sync with Chart of Accounts
Whenever a company loads or switches to a Vietnamese CoA, overtime salary rules are immediately re-mapped to the correct accounts — no manual re-configuration required.
Analytic-Ready by Default
Overtime entries are pre-wired with an analytic option on the debit account, so costs flow directly into department or project analytic accounts — ready for cost-center reporting out of the box.

- Saves significant time by automating journal entry generation.
