It does not ship a holiday calendar. Public holidays differ by country - you enter yours. It does not pay a premium. What a holiday is worth is a payroll rule. It does not request leave. Employee time off stays the Time Off app's. Day duration is 0.5 or 1. Other values are not supported by the calculation.
