Problem
In a company that requires collaboration of members of the same team on leads/opportunities
by allowing team members to edit/update their team's leads/opportunities, the only way to do it is to grant
all members permission to the "Users: All Documents" access group.
In case the company has several sales teams and wants to secure and isolate information from each other,
this solution is really not feasible.
Solution
When enabling "Team Member Collaboration" for a sales team, all the sales persons of the team will be able to edit/update
their team's leads / opportunities provided that they follow the leads / opportunities.
When sales persons is add follow to a lead/opportunity, they will be able to view that lead/opportunity.
