Demo video: Vietnam - Account Asset
What it does
Extends Assets Management to comply with Vietnamese accounting regulations under Circular 99 (TT99) and Circular 133 (TT133). Automatically installed when both to_account_asset and l10n_vn_viin are present.
Key Features
Automatic Account Mapping
- When you select an asset nature (Tangible, Intangible, Finance Lease, Investment Property, Biological, or Deferred Expense), the module fills in the correct Vietnamese accounts for asset, depreciation, disposal, and income — no manual lookup needed.
- Accounts adapt to your company's chart: TT99 accounts (211, 213, 8111, 7111…) or TT133 accounts (2111, 2113, 811, 711…) are applied automatically.
Investment Property
- Separate accounting treatment for investment properties held for rental yield vs. capital appreciation.
- Revenue and cost of disposal routed to the correct accounts (TK 5117/6327 for TT99, TK 5118/632 for TT133) so the Profit & Loss report shows investment property results on the proper line.
Biological Assets (TT99)
- Account mapping for biological assets (TK 215) with depreciation via TK 215122 and disposal via TK 632/511 as prescribed by Circular 99.
Disposal & Sale Compliance
- Liquidation journal entries carry the analytic tag required by Vietnamese financial reporting standards, ensuring they appear correctly on the statutory reports.
Statutory Report
- Print the Asset Card (Thẻ Tài sản S23-DN) in the format prescribed by the Ministry of Finance.
