Demo video: Sales Supplementary Fees
The "Sales Supplementary Fees" module extends the core Fee Definition module to enable efficient management of supplementary fees during the sales process. By dynamically computing and applying additional charges, this module ensures transparency, accuracy, and streamlined operations for businesses dealing with complex pricing structures.
Key Features
- Define the product's fee.
- Allow adding fees on each product, including direct fees and nested fees.
- Support computing supplementary fees.
- Add the Compute Supplementary Fees to the Sales order (SO). After pressing this button, the system will find and calculate all the fees associating with all the products of the SO.
- When the SO is confirmed, the system will check if the supplementary fee has been added or not. If not, the system will show a warning so that the user can confirm the calculation of the supplementary fee and add it to the order.
Business Value
- Improved Sales Accuracy: Automatically compute and include all related fees, reducing the risk of undercharging or overcharging.
- Enhanced Customer Transparency: Provide clear and detailed pricing breakdowns, improving customer satisfaction and trust.
