Usages
1. Set up State Groups for each country
Navigate to Contacts ‣ Configuration ‣ State Groups, press Create:
Fill in the information on the view including:
- State Group Name;
 
- State Group Code (if have);
 
- Parent: Parent State Group;
 
- Country: Country of State Group in progress;
 
- States: States in the State Group in progress.
 
Once set up, you can access Contacts ‣ Configuration ‣ Fed. States to see the list of States by State Groups:
2. Create and manage a list of customers/vendors (partners) by State Groups
- Navigate to Contacts, press Create to create a new contact. When adding the contact's States information, the system will automatically retrieve the link to the State Groups based on the setting in step 1.
 
- Use the filter/group by to search and manage the list of partners by State Groups:
