- The AI Agent step answers from the site's own published pages and records, synced into AI knowledge automatically and limited to what the website's public user may read.
- Answers are rendered as markdown; links are cited from the sources and kept on the same site.
- The visitor can press "Talk to a human" at any time.
- The reply follows the language of the visitor's latest message.
- Unrelated questions are declined, and after a configurable number of them the assistant offers a colleague.
- Per-visitor daily turn and spend ceilings, keyed on a hash of the visitor's address.
- A reply that ends inside an internal marker never shows the marker text to the visitor.
