Installation
- Navigate to Apps.
- Search with keyword viin_hr_employee_relative_birthdate.
- Press Install.

Instruction video: Automatically recognize the date of birth of employees' spouses
- Step 1: On the employee profile, Private information tab, in the Marial Status field, select Married, you will see the information field Spouse Complete Name and Spouse Birthdate. You fill in the information or do the next step:
- Step 2: Create contacts of the employees' spouses and fill in their information including their birthdates:
The spouse's name and date of birth will be automatically identified in the corresponding employee profile.
